Materials: The tree is made from cardboard and tissue paper and the painted backdrop is done with acrylic paint. The figure is polymer clay covered with acrylic paint and tissue paper and the grass is fabric.

Materials: Case is wood with acrylic paint, faces are plaster with watercolor and clear varnish.
Techniques: The original face was created in plasticine and then cast in silicon to create a mold. Plaster was then used to create the final faces. Some test runs were required to find the correct ratios for the plaster mixture.

Materials: sculpey covered with acrylic paint, thread, tissue paper, yarn.

Materials: Copper sheet metal, silver solder.
Techniques: The top and bottom of the box was cut using a jeweler’s saw and drill press. The side and rim sheets where heated and then bent using pliers and a hammer, and then the pieces where attached with silver solder. Edges where finished with a metal file and a dremel tool.
Materials: Brass and copper sheet metal, brass metal tubing and silver solder.
Techniques: Flat sheet metal was repeatedly heated and then hammered over semi-sphere metal molds to form two half spheres, which were then file finished. Tubing was then cut using a jeweler’s saw and soldered to create the limbs and more tubing was cut and hammered to create hinges in the body and leg joints.
